This is a facility inside Minoyama Park, which is a viewing spot that overlooks Chichibu Basin. It also has an exhibit on the nature of Chichibu, and a photo exhibit of seasonal flowers and sea of clouds.

Train/Walk: Approx. 1 hour 30 minute walk from Chichibu Railway Minano Station (there are hiking trails).
